Full Job Description
- Operate 360-degree excavators and other heavy machinery to perform various tasks, such as digging trenches and moving materials.
- Preform other duties such as drainage, concreting, steel reinforcement.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Interpret project plans and specifications.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organised site.
Previous experience in groundworks and operating an excavator and machinery is required. - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment maintenance is required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans is required.
- Valid commercial driver's license is required.
- CSCS card required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and follow instructions.
