Full Job Description

Being part of the Store Management team, you will assist in the smooth running of the store; from promoting our products to customers, maximising sales to delivering excellent customer service. You will process stock arriving into the store and receive deliveries so you will need the ability to lift and handle stock. You will play an important role on the sales floor supporting your Store Manager in assisting our customers.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Working as part of a team to drive the success of the store

  • Merchandising and stock replenishment

  • Customer service/demonstrations and sales

  • Dealing with enquiries and being involved in administration

  • Maximizing the performance of store operational procedures and sales

  • Receiving (sometimes heavy) deliveries from Suppliers

  • Maintaining the appearance of the store to a high standard, A full driving licence and access to a car on a daily basis is essential for this role.

    Previous involvement in offering an exceptional customer experience

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Experience of teamwork

  • A proactive and flexible approach to all tasks
