Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering positive relationships, and driving growth.

• Duties:


- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

- Analyze client needs and propose solutions to meet their objectives.

- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track account activity and sales progress.

- Lead sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.

Proven experience in account management or related field.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet targets.

- Excellent sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.,
