Adult Learning Senior Manager

As a member of the Service's Senior Management Team (SMT), the person appointed will be responsible for the leadership and management of a range of curriculum areas and service wide functions.

The successful candidate will contribute to establishing an ambitious vision for the future of the service and communicating that vision to staff, learners, and other stakeholders. In addition, they will work with colleagues across the Council to develop effective links with relevant funding organisations, education and training providers, and other agencies that support adults to develop their employability and life skills.
