Full Job Description

The role of Aftersales Consultant involves the following key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hitting monthly targets for equity loan &/or staircasing completions


  • Communicate regularly with customers to keep them up to date on transactions


  • Read and interpret leases and legal charges and give effective advice to customers and other key internal and external stakeholders


  • Keep up-to-date records within Salesforce CRM system


  • Ensure compliance with FCA & AML regulations


  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner


  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation and product developments


  • Handle first-stage complaints, collate all required information, and provide appropriate response to the customer

    Experience and good knowledge of the Equity Loans &/or staircasing process and shared ownership product


  • Proven experience of hitting sales targets


  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service and handling challenging customer situations


  • Practical knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and FCA legislation


  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and to extremely tight deadlines.


  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail


  • Educated to GCSE level C (or equivalent work experience
