The FOH team is the face of our business, and needs to take pride in their role, ensuring that they go above and beyond in order to provide our customers with a lasting impression.

Maintaining impeccable standards across all areas of a venue's operation and supporting your ART family along the way is a must!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • We're looking for an experienced hospitality manager to help set up and run a new concept for us - our first pub! Whether you've been an Assistant or Deputy Manager looking to move into a bigger site, or a Supervisor looking to step up this might be the job for you!

  • They need to be energetic, have a great energy, and be able to work with the rest of the management team as well as motivate the the front of house team as a whole.

  • Any potential hires need to take pride in themselves, and the venues they run like it is their own.

  • The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in hospitality across different parts of the industry such as, bars, restaurants and pubs.

    We're currently looking for a passionate experienced manager to join the opening team at the newest addition to the ART family - Dr. Foster's Liquor Co! This individual needs to be a team player who has a keen interest in all things food and drink in the independent restaurant and pub scene., Excellent customer service skills

  • Understanding of GP

  • Previous knowledge of stock control + ordering duties

  • Excellent time management + prioritising, ability to work under pressure

  • Training + Motivating staff

  • Good with targets and meeting goals

  • Fully accountable for smooth service and cleanliness of the venue

  • Great attention to and love for detail & a high standard of service, Restaurant management: 1 year (required)

  • Hospitality: 1 year (required)

    Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
