Full Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated assistant restaurant manager to help and assist the Restaurant manager in maintaining the highest standards in order to further develop the Rise restaurant. To complete daily tasks required to sustain and help maintain the service, training and compliance we hold.

Your Key Deliverables would be:

  • Responsible for The Rise under the RM. Take responsibilities for actions effecting the department.

  • Be confident to work in a busy, fast paced, one rosette restaurant across all services.

  • Making sure you and the team are putting our guests first whenever possible.

  • Aiding with the recruitment of the team by screening applicants, completing interviews & assessing work trials.

  • Be able to lead the team through training and motivation on a constant and consistent basis.

  • Adaptable to operational development and brining new ideas to the table.

  • To have an awareness of financial foundations such as revenue, spend per head and departmental costs.

  • To maintain a safe, comfortable but efficient work environment for the team.

  • Be caring for the teams mental and physical health.

  • To be comfortable managing the team

    Strong working relationships with colleagues and guests alike

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Strong knowledge of all thing's food and beverage

  • Willingness to support other departments where necessary.

  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures to ensure all company protocol is followed.

  • Passionate about the industry and personal development.
