Full Job Description
- To ensure all traffic movements within the yard are controlled and safe
- Ensure clear communication and signals with drivers and weighbridge operator at all times
- Ensure first time visiting drivers have completed the site induction
- Ensure site operating times are complied with, by all arriving and departing vehicles
- Report all instances where drivers do not comply with movement instructions
- Monitor correct PPE usage at all times
- Monitor and keep yard clear of debris and obstacles
- Request cleaning staff to be deployed when required within the yard areas
- Assist other areas when required and able to leave post
- Additional duties include Forklift and Baler cover as required.
