Bar / Restaurant Assistant

As a bar and restaurant assistant you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests in our clubhouse, including bar and waiting on duties. On a day-today basis you will:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming way with genuine warmth


• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wine and soft drinks


• Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies and report shortages to the food and beverage manager


• Monitor and maintain a tidy, clean and organised bar area


• Provide menus and offer suggestions on dishes, take orders accurately and transmit them to the kitchen


• Serve meals from the kitchen to the guests at their table an clear tables ready for the next guests


• Handle cash and card transactions in line with company processes
  
  Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but is not essential


• Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including bar service and waiting on duties


• A friendly manner and a genuine interest in customer service


• Ability to handle cash a card payments accurately


• Familiarity with health and safety standards would be advantageous
