Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients

Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
