  • Develop impactful strategies to expand our reach and increase occupancy in both our homes and school.

  • Leverage your Ofsted knowledge to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Build strong relationships with local authorities to foster referral partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote our services and enhance occupancy rates.

  • Represent Birchwood Children's Service at industry events.
