Full Job Description
- Be driven to work autonomously, but also where needed as part of the Team or supporting the business director.
- Have the drive to start from scratch and plan and deliver the admin, filling, business processes from the ground up.
- Support internal and external departmental communications.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and systems (Purchase orders, contracts, record-keeping systems, ordering supplies, Administration, etc.)
- Use good judgment to identify and resolve the most urgent issues
- Respond to daily issues that arise and identify resources needed to perform job responsibilities.
- Provide significant support on operational projects that are supported by the office of operations manager.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- lead meetings and undertaking research where necessary Know and follow standard processes, procedures, and policies and play an active role in their implementation Complaints handling.
- Any other duties as considered appropriate by the Managing Director.
At least two years of Experience in a similar job role Degree in any discipline is preferred but not essential. - An ability to respond with professionalism in verbal as well as written communication.
- Excellent judgment, as well as the ability to work with extremely confidential documents and information.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in dealing with change and diversity.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office.
