Café Team Leader

We are a family run business looking for an experienced Team Leader who will lead by example and support in the management of a small team to deliver a consistently high standard of service so our customers receive the best possible experience here at Fillpots Café.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;

· Placing orders and maintaining stock control

· Make certain all Allergy Data and Health and Hygiene regulations are met

· Manage Front of House staff to ensure all daily tasks eg, cleaning is completed and company standards are met

· Staff rotas, ensuring sufficient staff cover to meet the business needs

· To ensure excellent communication between the staff and Kitchen and assist the Head Chef when needed

· Must have experience in a Team Leader position

· Be punctual and reliable

· Excellent customer service skills

· Proficient in using an EPOS till and handling card and cash payments

· Ability to work efficiently within a small team and be self-motivated

· MUST have a driving licence and own transport due to location.,

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)


• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)


• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)


• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)


• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• Management: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
