Call Centre Operative

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Perform data entry to update customer information in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to maintain a positive customer experience
