Full Job Description

With your innate kindness, you will create a point of much-needed support for carers and clients' families, and provide life-changing services for clients. You will make a difference in people's lives, one by one.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • The overall management and scheduling of client rotas

  • Regular communication with carers and clients

  • Delivery of high quality care and support to clients

  • Participate in the on-call rota

  • Represent the company at external events

  • Assist in the completion of audits and subsequent action plans to improve business processes

  • Supporting the Registered Manager with other tasks

  • Room to assist in other areas of the business


  • Please note, although our office hours are 8:00-4:30, there will be an expectation to work flexible hours.

    As the Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall management and scheduling of client rotas and will participate in the on-call rota. You need to have exceptional organisational skills and will ensure care resources are used efficiently, using excellent communication skills throughout all call planning and delivery. You will have a positive attitude and lots of energy, using innovation in your problem-solving.

    We are looking for someone who is willing to lead by example and go the extra mile for their team, creating a work atmosphere that promotes a high quality of work life. You will be flexible to the needs of the service, have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.,
  • Must be able to drive and have access to own vehicle

  • A relevant qualification, for example an NVQ at level 2, such as Health & Social care (adults) is preferred

  • At least 1 year experience as a Care Coordinator

  • Experience with Birdie would be a benefit

  • Extensive experience in domiciliary care

  • You need to be great at problem solving, providing care: 3 years (required)

  • Domiciliary Coordinator: 1 year (required)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Drivers License and access to own vehicle (required)

    Up to £30,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Full time Contract 40hrs


  • Up to £30k plus paid overtime, on-call allowance and bonus plan
