Casual Lettings and Swim Academy Duty Manager

We are looking for Casual Duty Managers, to join our friendly and professional Lettings and Swim Academy Team at Winterbourne Academy.

The Casual Duty Manager(s) will assist with the weekend and evening running of our sport facilities, including sports hall, sports fields, swimming pool and all weather pitch, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety as the first priority.

The successful candidate(s) will be a proactive member of the team, who will be able to supervise our Casual Lifeguards/Sports Assistants, ensuring performance potential is optimised and all work is carried out to the highest standard.

They will have excellent communication, customer service and admin skills. They will have the ability to think on their feet, and be able to remain calm when under pressure. They will also have experience in a similar role.

First Aid at Work Qualification and National Pool Lifeguard Qualification would be desirable, but is not essential.

English Fluency Duty under The Immigration Act 2016: As you are applying for a customer facing role, you must have the ability to converse easily with customers and be able to provide advice and guidance in accurate spoken English.

The post-holder(s) would be required to provide cover and support when needed during peak periods, holiday cover, sickness/absence cover etc. These casual posts will involve both evenings and weekend shifts.
