Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist

Capstone Foster Care have developed a Multidisciplinary Assessment Treatment & Therapy Service ( MATTS) which provides assessment, consultation and treatment to children and young people looked after in their fostering services. MATTS is led by a Clinical Lead and the team comprises of Psychology, Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy.

Team members are self employed and are commissioned to undertake specific pieces of assessment and intervention.

We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced clinicians to join the team. Work is likely to include undertaking clinical support to the foster carers and to the professional network, as well as undertaking specialist assessment of the child or young person and offering direct intervention. This is a unique, multidisciplinary service working in an adaptive and responsive way, to support children and young people within their foster family.
