Full Job Description

  • Using your experience and skills - further developed with our client's support and training, you will assist with the care of our children and young people.

  • All of our client's homes adopt therapeutic practices, allowing you to develop into a specialist care provider. Training also includes reflective practice to consistently improve the way they care for children.

  • You will create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.

  • You will create timetables, setting boundaries and expectations for the young people. Consistency and organisation skills are key.

  • You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.

    Residential Childcare: 2 years (required)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

  • NVQ L3 in C&YP Workforce or equivalent (required)
