Full Job Description

  • Control the temperature in the workshop.

  • Work to deadlines

  • Fill in kitchen paperwork, fridge temps etc..

  • Be able to multitask.

  • Follow recipes and steps precisely.

  • Have knowledge of chocolate and chocolate products.

  • Read ingredients labels on packaging.

  • Follow health and safety standards.

  • Calculate the weight of ingredients.

  • Be able to work alone and as a team

    We are seeking a Chocolatier or a Chef who would like to move over to chocolate. That would make our products with the highest quality and attention to detail. Candidates for this position should have experience in chocolate making, training will be provided for the right candidate on all products.
