Client Director - Aon's Credit Solutions

Are you passionate about delivering better client outcome working as part of a multi skilled team?

If so, then come and join our Credit Solutions team here at Aon that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London, Reading or Chelmsford offices on a hybrid basis.

What the day will look like

As a Client Director your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver strategic advice and guidance to your clients presenting the best possible solutions and outcomes

  • Design, implementation, renewal and servicing of global and strategic programmes

  • Supporting the effective delivery of global service through Aon global network relationships,

  • Negotiation of policy wordings

  • Appeal and escalation of credit risk and limit issues

  • Claims submissions and claims' broking process.

  • Ensuring timely delivery of accurate policy documentation from insurer and providing clients with training and guidance on policy terms and conditions.

  • Gathering and analysing relative statistical detail, submissions to market, and preparation of renewal reports.

  • Preparation for, and attendance of, client and insurer meetings plus timely follow up of meeting notes and actions.

  • Providing advice to clients on market developments and share knowledge of market trends to enhance the overall value proposition.

  • Introducing and supporting the team on new business opportunities to achieve objectives.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Strong business acumen;

  • Strong technical insurance knowledge;

  • Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service;

  • Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation.
