Full Job Description

This role is not just about onboarding a client. It's about leading a team of project stakeholders to shape our clients' & artists journey towards success. We are seeking a proactive and positive project manager who thrives in a people-oriented environment. You will play a key role in improving our onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Your transparent and open communication with a team of internal stakeholders will be crucial., Team Leadership and Client Onboarding:

  • Effectively lead stakeholders and project teams, using project management tools and strategies. Oversee progress, ensuring that projects finish on time and within scope.

  • Solve problems proactively. fostering a positive work environment and client experience.

  • Manage and own the onboarding process, from initial client scoping to fully onboarded.


  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and keep solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Be the main contact for all project stakeholders. These include client managers, copyright specialists, and product engineers.

  • Organise and lead regular meetings to ensure clarity and effective resolution of issues.


  • Process Optimisation and Management:
  • Continually evaluate and improve onboarding processes to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.

  • Understand and incorporate agile best practices to deliver quality service to top clients.

    Proven project management experience with client-facing and cross-functional teams. Ideally, in the music tech or technology industries.

  • A background in SaaS client onboarding or account management. You have a track record of improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Experience with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, is desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.

  • Knowledge and experience in the music publishing industry are desirable.
