Commercial Manager

Our client is a rapidly expanding brokerage firm based in Basildon, seeking a dynamic and proactive commercial insurance manager to join their team, working directly with the Managing Director to achieve their impressive growth plan.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and success of a company, taking advantage of a recent injection of significant investment. You will be responsible for driving the business forward by bringing in new business but also working on the direct leads handed over from investors.,

• New Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new commercial insurance clients through strategic planning, networking, and effective sales techniques.


• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.


• Market Knowledge: Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competitors to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the commercial insurance market.


• Innovative Thinking: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role, actively contributing creative and innovative ideas to enhance our services and market positioning.


• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies, ensuring a seamless and efficient service delivery to clients.


• Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and future plans.
  
  Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional with a passion for driving business growth?, Proven 5 years experience in commercial insurance, with a strong track record in new business development.


• Excellent market knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
