Full Job Description
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in need within the community., Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help clients with mobility assistance and transfers
- Collaborate with health and social professionals to ensure the well-being of clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions

- Ability to drive to client locations for visits
- Knowledge of care practices and medication administration
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and healthcare professionals,
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
