Full Job Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for following warm leads provided by our Sales team to engage with site managers of locations not currently engaging in our Pallet recovery business.

Liaising with both internal and external customers the role requires the ability to build and maintain relationships as well as excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will be well-organised and self-motivated with multi-tasking skills. They will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written and have a "can-do" attitude with a determination to succeed. This role will need a candidate with a strong attention to detail, and who is comfortable working on their own initiative, but also as a team player.
