Conveyancer

Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, such as contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents
- Conduct research on properties to ensure clear title and identify any potential issues or restrictions
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to gather necessary information and resolve any issues
- Coordinate property inspections, surveys, and appraisals
- Calculate and prepare settlement statements, including the distribution of funds
- Attend closings and ensure all necessary documents are properly executed and recorded
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and associated documentation

- Proven experience as a Conveyancer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using relevant software applications for document preparation and record keeping
