Full Job Description
This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside industry professionals in a fast-paced creative agency environment, providing support across our key operational areas. You will gain invaluable experience by engaging directly with a range of projects and contributing to the success of our campaigns.
The role will involve:
- Contribute to our agency's projects, gaining experience in content creation, social media, and digital storytelling.
- Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts across various digital media.
- Participate in content creation for social media by assisting in the development and production of visual content, including photography, graphic design, and digital media.
- Help manage and prepare studio spaces for client hires.
- Collaborate with in-house team, and freelancers to understand project
- Engage in research tasks to support strategy development for new campaigns
- Attend and assist with the execution of shoots alongside the creative team and

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and work on live projects for our diverse range of clients, contributing to campaigns, branding initiatives, and creative strategies.
- Develop your skills in using industry-standard software alongside our team, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects) and digital marketing tools.
- Engage with our wide network of professionals and clients, participating in workshops, meetings, and collaborative projects.
Educational Background: We welcome applicants who have experience in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Creative Arts, or similar fields. While we appreciate formal education, it's not a must-have for us. - Industry Passion: A strong passion for and understanding of the fashion, music, or sports industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Team Collaboration: Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of generating innovative ideas and solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is highly beneficial.
