Full Job Description

Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Assist with order processing, including data entry and order tracking
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
