Full Job Description

We are on the lookout for passionate and caring Customer Service Executives to join our dynamic and expanding team. The successful candidate will bring additional expertise to the team to assist us in providing excellent customer service for our customers.,

  • Manage customer queries promptly, utilising various communication platforms and maintaining a high standard of service via phone and email.

  • Assist with the monitoring and management of Trustpilot reviews, managing responses, offering solutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Organise and prioritise customer queries efficiently, taking ownership from start to finish.

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to guide new and potential customers to a range of products.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure optimal teamwork and efficiency.

  • Follow processes, instructions, and identify and address issues proactively.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Ability to multitask and confidently communicate with customers.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience, including Word and Outlook.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organisational abilities.

  • Initiative to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for collaborative teamwork, generating new ideas, and handling administrative tasks.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to tackle challenges head-on, and the ability to make light of difficult situations.

  • Desire to help customers and colleagues, demonstrating patience and compassion., A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • customer service: 2 years (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
