We're currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Manager to ensure the continuation of our exceptional customer experiences and help drive our reputation for superior service even further.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage our customer service operations, ensuring high-quality service at all times.

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

  • Manage a team of customer service staff, offering guidance and support.

  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.

  • Analyze customer service data to drive improvement in customer satisfaction.

  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.

  • Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives.

  • Train and mentor new customer service agents.

    Proven one year of experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.

  • Proficiency in English language.

  • Exceptional ability in managing and leading people.

  • Ability to understand and analyze customer service data.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in customer service software, databases, and CRM systems.
