Full Job Description

  • Answering Inbound telephone calls.

  • Booking customer appointments,

  • Inbound and outbound call from clients/public with a view to selling HDD services

  • Maintain and update customer accounts using our bespoke software.

  • Handling of customer and client issues and ensuring the best possible outcome.

  • Liaise with customers, engineers and client to ensure the customer has the best deliver experience

  • Answering customer email enquiries and dealing with them appropriately.

  • Completing daily tasks by communicating with other departments.

  • Reviewing engineers reports to assess what parts are required

  • Ordering parts

  • Out of Hours support on a rota - Additional pay when you have the out of hours phone.

    Being able to working in a fast paced environment and under pressure.

  • Being able to work within a team and independently.

  • Empathy and understanding

  • Strong computer skills

  • Keep a calm and pleasant tone at all times

  • Able to multitask

  • Good telephone manner., GCSE or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 1 year (preferred)

    Healthcare Distribution Direct is a nationwide delivery company based in Morley, Leeds.


  • We specialize in the delivery, installation, demonstration and handover of all types of healthcare products and furniture and due to ever increasing demands and delivery requests we are looking to increase the size of our Customer Service Team.

  • Full training on all products and systems will be provided. You will be required to complete a minimum of 6-month probationary period. Full training on all products and systems will be provided

    Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.30pm

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: £18,500.00-£23,750.00 per year
