Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met., Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' concerns and finding appropriate solutions
- Upsell products and services to customers when applicable
- Accurately enter customer information and orders into the system
- Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate actions
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed

Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
