Full Job Description

  • Initial telephone contact to potential new patients and exsisting.

  • Creating a rapport with new patients and placing them with the right dentist to suit their needs.

  • Discussing treatments and high treatment values.

  • Advising patients, and potential patients about the products and services we offer.

  • Liaising with the dental team regarding treatment.

  • Phoning leads as they come in, and following up on treatment.

  • Overseeing the diaries

  • Suporting the managers requests.

    Previous sales training or experience is preferred

  • Dental experience is prefferred.

  • Proven record of achieving targets.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding the role of teamwork in providing a quality service.

  • Motivated and enthusiastic.

  • The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.

  • Professional personal presentation.

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • Ability to use own initiative.

  • Confident using a PC - spreadsheets etc and have excellent communication skills.

  • You must have good time management skills.

  • Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure

  • A passion for customer service and sales.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task

  • It is important that you have a strong work ethic and are able to put in the hours required., GCSE or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 3 years (preferred)

    Abbey House Dental are looking for a dedicated and experienced member of staff to join our thriving and friendly new patient coordinator team. Due to our continuous growth we are building a dedicated call centre in the heart of Stoke On Trent.

  • You will have the option to work overtime on saturdays or Sundays.

    Overtime is paid at £14.50ph

    This is a permanent position and the right candidate can start immediately.

    Pay: From £11.50 per hour

    Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
