Digital Marketing Executive

Based in a fresh and open studio office in central Bournemouth, our team are looking for our next talented and motivated marketing professional to help us keep growing and delivering fantastic results for our clients.

About the Role:

Are you an enthusiastic and confident social media lover? If so, this is the right role for you!

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team on a part time or full time basis to primarily support our social media activity for our clients. Working across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, the successful candidate will create and write posts and reels to drive engagement and growth for each account.

This is a varied role that will also give you opportunity to gain experience across wider marketing activities, including planning & strategy, online and offline advertising campaigns and email marketing.

The successful candidate must be able to work within a fast paced environment with a delivery-focused mindset.

We're open to offering a flexible working pattern to suit the right candidate. Ideally, we'd like someone who will work from our office for 3 - 4 days a week, but let's talk about what can work best!

Main duties include:

· This role will have a big focus on social media - creating and executing organic social media activity, particularly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok that's engaging and up to date with current trends

· Maintain, create and manage Pay Per Click campaigns and sponsored social media advertising

· Create engaging, high performing email campaigns

· Content creation for websites, social channels, printed materials, emails

· Keeping up to date with relevant industry trends, carrying our market research for clients, providing insights and recommendations to influence their marketing strategy

· Regular performance reporting for clients

· Social media experience essential

· Experience any of the following would be beneficial: email marketing, sponsored social media advertising, pay per click campaigns, copywriting

· Experience with email marketing platforms, such as MailChimp

· Good admin project management and organisational skills

· Great communication skills

· Commercially minded

· Dynamic, creative and driven personality
