Domestic Assistant

Dove House is a residential care home for the elderly, the home is a 42 bed care home. We are looking for a Domestic Assistant who will be responsible for the upkeep of the care home. A flexible working pattern is available.

You are required to undertake cleaning duties, cleaning the home, residents bedrooms and communal areas. To assist staff in the day-to-day running of the Care Home and to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and service towards service users, relatives, visitors and other members of staff.

To deliver the Managers' cleaning schedule for the home, ensuring that appropriate cleaning materials are used correctly and reporting changes or concerns to the senior member of staff in charge. You will be working within COSHH guidelines when dealing with chemicals.

Shift patterns are 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday and flexible hours are offered within that time frame.

£11.44 - £12.00 an hour - Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
