- Assisting the Headteacher in the day-to-day management and administration of the school.
- Providing leadership and support to colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
- Collaborating with staff to develop and implement effective strategies for school improvement.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
- Leading by example through your commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.
- Playing an active role in promoting a positive school culture that celebrates diversity and fosters a love of learning.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial experience within a primary school setting. - Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of driving improvement and achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to make data-informed decisions to drive school improvement.
