Early Year Practitioner SEND

We have an opportunity for an 1:1 Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team at our beautiful day nursery in Stapeley, near Nantwich.

· Support the child's needs individual needs while attending nursery

· Plan activities based on personal targets as set out by other agencies

· Work with nursery SENCO and management team

· Liaise with the family regarding the child's development and targets, working in partnership with them

· Liaise with other professions and complete necessary SEND documentation for the child

· Undertake any additional training that may be required

· Attend CCPM (Child Centred Planning Meetings).

18 hours per week which can be flexible between nursery opening hours of Monday-Friday 7.30am-6pm. Term time only. Temporary contract with opportunity to extend.

· Reliable and ability to use own initiative

· References and enhanced DBS check required.,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Management: 1 year (preferred)


• Nursery: 1 year (preferred)


• Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)


• Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
