Full Job Description
The Coach House Day Nursery Nursery who are part of the Family First Group are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner team member to join their Robins room (2-years) . The desired candidate will need to be a driver due to the location of the nursery.
Our nursery is open from 7.30am - 18:00pm and we would require you to be able to work varied shift patterns between those times. We have four beautiful rooms for the children to work their way through whilst growing up and fantastic outdoor space, fields and forest school.

Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times
Observe, support and extend children's development, update the EyLog system and children's learning journals with the highest quality and relevance
Facilitate a strong key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments and cover all children daily when colleagues are absent
Report any child safeguarding or protection matters, including allegations and serious accidents/injuries to management
Ensure daily that all resources, equipment and environments are safe and suited for children's age and stageProvide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
Communicate with impartiality and consistency respecting parent/carers' expectations and seek guidance from management if in doubt
Treat all personal and sensitive information relating to staff, children, families, visitors, nursery or the company with utmost integrity and confidentiality
Fluent in written and spoken English - essential
Over 1 year's experience of working in Early Years - desirable
Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
