Full Job Description

Reporting to the ECO Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for checking and processing ECO submission packs, submitting paperwork to funders, dealing with re-submissions and technical failures.

Previous experience within ECO administration is essential to be considered. Any additional training required will be provided on our internal systems.

You duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Ensuring communication between compliance and office team for delivery of work

  • Processing ECO submission packs to funders in a timely manner

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with funders to ensure an exceptional level of service

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any concerns

    Experience within a previous ECO admin role

  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills

  • Ability to analyse needs and provide effective solutions

    We are an established, fast growing and dynamic company, funding carbon and energy saving schemes in the home improvement sector. We work with major utility companies helping them meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO) targets.

    To help us continue our success, we are recruiting a ECO Compliance Officer, to join our busy team on a permanent basis, at our offices in Stockton-on-Tees.

    This role will be full time 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with 30minute lunch.

    Flexibility towards the business needs is required along with Saturday working, on a rota basis (one in three). In return, we a competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package, plus the opportunity to grow and progress alongside us!

    Annual salary is £26,000 per annum, paid monthly.
