Exam Invigilator

Set up exam rooms and ensure all necessary materials are available
- Check identification of test takers to verify their eligibility to take the exam
- Explain exam rules and procedures to test takers
- Monitor test takers during the exam to prevent cheating or any other violations
- Maintain a quiet and controlled testing environment
- Collect completed exams and ensure they are securely stored
- Report any irregularities or violations to the appropriate authority

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilator. As an Exam Invigilator you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of exams and assessments. This is a paid position. Please get in touch if you have a DBS on the Update Service., Previous experience as a Proctor or in an educational setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with test takers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
