Experienced Service / Bar Staff for Pub / Restaurant

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Prepare drinks to exacting standards
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Ensure that all customer areas are clean

Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a busy pub / restaurant environment, be available to work evenings and weekends and be able to commute to and from the venue safely. As bar service is a duty, applicants must be over the age of 18., As the role requires bar service, applicants must be over the age of 18
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude,
