Full Job Description

Through maintaining financial systems, recording, and processing financial information, data entry and general financial administration, the finance assistant will ensure effective financial management across the company.

Key tasks, duties responsibilities

  • Purchase and sales Ledger

  • Bank reconciliation's

  • Balance sheet reconcilation's

  • Accruals and pre-payment's

  • Nominal ledger maintenance

  • Month end reporting

  • Payroll

  • HR admin

    A goal orientated team player with a guest and people focused attitude

  • Strong analysis and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures

  • Knoweledge of sage accounting software an advantage
