Full Job Description

· Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries (by phone, email and in person)

· Administer the firms online filing and client management system

· Support the firm's management and compliance team

· Provide administration for the financial planning team

Client administration:

· Check accuracy and completeness of new business and review documentation

· Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner

· Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures

· Liaise with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients

· Send Letters of Authority and gather accurate information as per business process

· Ensure that all documentation is appropriately filed

· Help the Financial planning team administer their work

· Support the compliance manager administer the firms T&C and processes and procedures

General administration:

· Ensure back-office systems are kept up to date to include adding and removing of policies and remuneration

· Open, scan, log and allocate incoming post when needed

· Answering office phones and filtering of incoming calls

Due to continued success in providing advice to both Private and Corporate clients, this successful IFA practice now needs a professional, organised and disciplined Financial Services Administrator.

The successful candidate will have ideally gained experience working for an IFA or financial services practice, have a good knowledge of financial services processes, and experience using financial services software.

You will need to deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of customers.,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Financial Services Administration: 3 years (required)

    Monday to Thursday 9-5
