Front of House Team Member Part-Time

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

We are seeking 2 Part-Time Front of House Team Members to join our restaurant team. As a member of our front of house staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the culinary industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
Option to have a set shift pattern, for example - Breakfast shift with the odd evening or Lunch Shifts with the odd evening., Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic culinary skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

£8.60 - £11.44 an hour - Permanent, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Pulled from the full job description

Pay, Holiday and Other
- Dependent of age and experience, but anything from £8.60 to £11.44 per hour
- Exceptional tips (peak season can be over £2 an hour extra)
- 1.5 clear days off a week, plus another half day
