General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in the food industry. With this being a new restaurant, the ideal candidate must be able to handle the pressures and expectations that will certainly come. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, culinary arts, team management, and kitchen operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team to ensure efficient food production and exceptional customer service., Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/hotel
- Manage and lead a team of staff members
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Implement and maintain standards for cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees to ensure smooth operations

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in supervising staff in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving operational targets and financial goals
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
