GOODS IN OPERATIVE

We are looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic team member who wants to join our fast paced and friendly working environment. This is a full-time permanent, role based at our Egremont branch.

Key Areas of the Role:

Reporting to our Goods In Supervisor, you will be an integral member of the Goods In Team as we move into our brand-new branch!

Your job role will include a variety of tasks, booking in stock accurately and efficiently, ensuring received deliveries are correct, noting any discrepancies and marking up paperwork appropriately. You will ensure stock is stored away in the correct bin locations and complete stock checking exercises, together with picking items to fulfil customer orders.

As the successful candidate, you should ideally possess some previous warehouse experience, but more importantly be driven to learn new products and processes. Following workplace health and safety rules is essential in this role.

• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude


• Demonstrate good attention to detail.


• Capable of being organised and working to meet deadlines.


• Demonstrate initiative, be motivated, and carry out tasks to completion.


• Forklift License desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
