Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled grounds maintenance operatives to join the Taylormade team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for their own sites maintenance which includes mowing, weeding, pruning and generally enhancing outdoor new build and commercial spaces, ensuring a top quality finish for our clients

Duties:
- Perform soft landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, litter picking
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively
- Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed
- Implementing landscaping to plan

Proficiency in using power tools for landscaping tasks
- Experience in soft landscape maintenance
- Ability to work with garden elements including planting, digging, and tree staking
- Skill in using hand tools for various landscaping activities
- Knowledge of irrigation systems for proper watering techniques
