Head Chef / Manager

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team. As Head Chef, you will work with the exec Head Chef overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and leading a team of culinary professionals. Duties:
- Supervise and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Develop and create new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Understanding of food safety regulations
