Full Job Description

  • Development and implementation of Go-To Market strategy for our employer led talent solutions (specifically AEB Pre-Employment Training, Digital Bitesize and Higher-Level Skills), as well as a sales plan for employer engagement, including identification of target customers in line with funding profiles, and development of working cadence and associated KPI's. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal of contracts, developing account growth strategies and implement initiatives to increase revenue and profitability, and ensuring all opportunities are in line with B2W's minimum EBIT targets when negotiating commercial propositions with the client.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers around talent and learning, developing strategic account plans to drive growth, expansion, and profitability.

  • Work with Finance, Marketing and associated stakeholders to develop a sales P&L for ongoing ownership and management, initially in relation to the core Pre-Employment Training business line.

  • Line management of team members, in line with business objectives and KPIs.

    Experience in a B2B sales environment, with the ability to win new business in the FE and training sector, particularly adult provision.

  • Strong leadership skills within a sales environment, with consistent overachievement of demanding sales targets and working to tight deadlines.

  • Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch, setting your own goals and achieving these through excellent engagement and communication skills, as well as a strategic mindset., B2B sales: 2 years (required)

    Salary between £50,000 - £60,000.

  • 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) + an additional birthday day off.
