Head of Production

The Head of Production is responsible for all site-based activity.The role will involve developing a Construction Management Plan for each live project to effectively communicate how the project is to be delivered by the Production team whilst ensuring that all site-based activity complies with current HSE legislation and internal HSE Policy requirements. The postholder will ensure all production activity is effectively project managed - through regular site/project meetings you will plan, monitor and manage time/cost/quality/risk related activities and address/resolve queries and variations.They will drive and maintain a culture of high customer satisfaction by complying with Planning requirements, Building Regulations and NHBC Warranty standards.

We are looking for someone with a good working knowledge of the house building industry and build process. Someone with significant knowledge and experience in health and safety requirements and standards, with experience in leadership, management and development of teams and individuals.
