The Role

The role is full time. You will work within a close team of highly skilled people, who will support you and encourage you to fulfill your potential.

We believe that age should not be a barrier to quality of life, despite illness or disability people should still have a voice and be able to express who they are.

You will work supporting people with activities of daily living, promoting activity and ensuring people are able to live fulfilling lives.

We have a very supportive management team that will always have time to listen to and act on your ideas and feedback.

Elmsfield House Residential & Nursing home is a beautiful home set in its own grounds between Milnthorpe and Holme village, we are close to Junction 36 of the M6 motorway only 10 minute drive from Kendal and 20 minutes from Lancaster. We provide residential and nursing care to a maximum of 25 residents. We are committed to delivering excellent care which puts the people who live here at the centre of what we do.

You will need to be reliable, energetic, enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn. We have invested heavily in the latest technology to aid you in providing the very best care, however the secret is still the people we work with!
